An accessible front entrance for a community space that needed one — our first build, and the kind of project our project-controls approach exists for.
A new front door, built to be used by everyone.
Phase 1B reworks the Cecil Street entrance into a fully accessible approach — a new concrete and wood ramp, tactile walking surface indicators, handrails, and a rammed-earth planter and wall that turn an access requirement into a piece of landscape.
Jengga is the general contractor coordinating this scope alongside the project's architect and structural engineer, managing trade sequencing, site logistics on a tight downtown lot, and the inspection trail a public-facing accessibility project demands.
